Hi my name is Kim, I joined Dr. Ellsworth and Dr. Warren’s team in 2007. I work as one of the treatment plan coordinators. If you have any questions regarding your insurance benefits please feel free to call me! I’m originally from Minnesota we moved to Phoenix in 2001, I still haven’t gotten used to that “dry” heat that everyone talks about! I have a wonderful husband – Marc. We have been married for 30 years- Marc says it feels like only 10 minutes (underwater)? just gotta love those husbands! We have 3 awesome children – Ryan (29) Mary (27) and Michael (20) and 4 wonderful blessings that are our grandchildren. We also have 2 dogs – Goldie and Shadow and 3 chickens – Sassy, Sweetie and Lucy.
I enjoy gardening in my square foot garden, tending my chickens – they are so funny, reading, scrapbooking, crocheting, walking, eating chocolate and spending time with the grandkids.
