About the Doctors

Dr. Merhl Ellsworth

Dr. Ellsworth was born and raised in Idaho. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in microbiology and minors in chemistry and German. After living in Germany for two years, he then graduated from Chicago’s Loyola Dental School. He married his high school sweetheart, Secelia May Williams in 1970. They are the parents of eight children: Sara, Tia, Kyle, Chris, Anna, Mary, Ben and Seth.

Volunteering is a family affair. The Ellsworth’s on three occasions provided dentistry with no cash register in the South Pacific (1999, 2002, 2004). Dr. Ellsworth's children have assisted him in providing dental care to many people. The clinic is supplied by U.S. doctors with no government assistance.

His interest in classical music and opera have been shared by gifting 16 season opera tickets to the Aqua Fria High School. This program was expanded with the assistance of the Kiwanians to bus 230 students (5 bus loads) from two local High Schools, to attend the opera, La Traviata. Dr. Ellsworth is currently the Litchfield Kiwanis Club president.

His favorite pastime is working with food banks and local food providers, sharing the overage with neighbors, patients, elementary schools and churches.

Other interests include: economics, the study of world history and traveling to understand history.

Michael A Warren D.D.S.

Dr. Warren, a native of Phoenix, Arizona graduated from Creighton University Dental School in 1997. After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, he returned home to Arizona to begin his career. Dr. Warren has over 12 years of experience in dentistry and currently has a practice in Litchfield Park. In 2009 he graduated from the ADA/Kellogg Executive Management Program. Dr. Warren is very involved with community service. He is a past member of the Executive Council of the Boys and Girls Club of Metropolitan Phoenix and of the Delta Dental of Arizona Board. He currently sits on the board of the Arizona Dental Foundation, The Junior Golf Association of Arizona, and is a member of the Thunderbirds, a civic organization that has raised over 60 million dollars for various Arizona charities. He enjoys playing basketball, golf, hunting, and fishing but his favorite pastime is being with his family. He met his wife Shannon while in school and was married in 1997. They have four children, Madeline, Elizabeth, Charlie and Katherine.
